Everyone has different body types, one pitcher might be taller than another, one might have a structural issue that another doesn’t But there seems to be a new theme popping up, a theme that basically says mechanics don’t matter as much and that we should just let each girl do what their body wants to do If we did that without any understanding of the mechanics I think we would see a big increase in injuries, as well as frustration for not being able to
