At ANCAP, we put vehicles through a wide range of AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking) test scenarios to evaluate their ability to brake autonomously at city and highway speeds. Our tests include avoiding collisions with stationary vehicles, moving vehicles, and braking vehicles. Since the introduction of vehicles with Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) systems, rear end crashes have decreased by approximately 38% across the country.
